Call for a free inspectionMod-bit repairs need a dry, clean base and a fully bonded patch. We never torch over wood framing or near shared walls.
Most mod-bit problems are repairable, and a recoat can extend an aging roof by years. We’ll recommend a new roof only when blisters and cracks cover most of the surface, the insulation is wet over large areas, or the roof already has too many layers to patch. You’ll get photos and both prices.

Call (929) 219-1763Mod-bit is laid in rolled sheets about three feet wide with overlapping seams. The surface is usually covered in granules or a silver coating.
Most mod-bit repairs are finished in one visit. Larger cap sheet sections or flashing rebuilds can take a second day.
We use cap sheet with the closest granule color available. Older roofs have faded, so a new patch may look brighter at first and weathers in over time.
Yes, with cold-applied materials. Self-adhered sheets need milder temperatures to bond, so in deep cold we use cold adhesives or make a temporary repair until it warms up.
